World Dance Group appoints ex ATT Senior Exec Joaquin Pericas to the board of advisors

Noel Roque, CEO of the World Dance Group (WDG) is proud to announce that Joaquin Pericas has joined the company as Senior Advisor.Joaquin, an insights and strategic leader with 30+ years of experience in FMCG, technology, retail, foodservice, global and multicultural research, is joining the WDG team after serving senior management positions in ATT and The Coca-Cola Company among other fortune 500. With a successful track record of leadership and people skills--Joaquin have led over different 10 global insights teams and is an expert in building best in class insights teams/capability by providing a solid vision, a road map and the tools and training needed to make insights the strategic centerpiece of any business. He implemented a new strategic framework to shift AT&T to an "Insights Driven Organization", including a new Vision, Brand Promise, an Insights Logo, a new one-page Dashboard, a Training Curriculum, an Insights Portal and new Discovery Platforms. During his tenure at ATT, Consumer Insights has been transformed into a proactive, forward looking, visionary and, a true strategic partner to the business as a result of the new strategic platform. He has lectured several times on Insights at the L'Orange Executive MBA School in Zurich, Switzerland. Joaquin, who speaks four languages, has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Management and a BBA  from ESADE Business School in Spain. “I had the privilege of working with Joaquin at The Coca-Cola Company and can't think of a better person to help us craft the long term vision and road map for our company.
