World Salsa Champion Ships

Event Info

The World Salsa Championships is a dream come true. Dancers from all nations have united in Las Vegas in 2005 & 2006 to engage in a noble competition. 2007 Event was celebrated at the Disney Coronado Springs from December 12-16, 2007.

Dancers have demonstrated their talents to the world, inspiring us to take Salsa to the next level. The event was produced by a new company called Salsa Seven. The Mission of the Salsa Seven Company is articulated in seven pillars as follows:

Salsa Seven Mission: Our Seven Pillars

1) To organize technically an excellent Dancing Competition.

2) To provide dancers, spectators, viewers and volunteers of all ages a unique show and experience

3) To educate the public and promote the cultural and natural heritage of the salsa music and dancing

4) To leave behind a legacy for the next generations.

5) To provide talented dancers the opportunity to showcase their achievements to the rest of the world

6) To create unity thru Salsa Music and Dancing

7) To promote the benefits of the competition to the different salsa promoters worldwide, thus taking salsa to the next level.

Thanks to Salseros Worldwide we are now heading to the 3rd World Salsa Championships in 2007.
